3. Data Storage

Your memory entries are stored encrypted at rest. Data is stored in secure data centers in the United States. For Sovereign tier, self-hosting options are available.

• Free tier: 7 days after last activity
• Pro tier: 90 days after subscription ends
• Sovereign tier: Until you delete or account terminates

You may export your data at any time via the API.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

• Service providers (hosting, payment processing)
• Law enforcement when legally required
• Successors in case of merger or acquisition

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). However, no system is 100% secure.
