Every memory entry is hash-chained to the previous one. Given the same ordered chain, you reconstruct the exact same state. No drift, no loss, no ambiguity.
Logs can be edited or deleted. SIX receipts are cryptographically signed and optionally anchored to a public ledger (XRPL). They prove what happened, when, and who authorized it.
